World Health Day 2024

As we celebrate the World Health Organization (WHO)'s World Health Day on 7th April 2024 under the theme 'My health, my right', it's imperative to recognise that skin health is an integral component of overall well-being and a fundamental human right. At ILDS, we are committed to advancing dermatological care worldwide, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their geographical location or socioeconomic status, has access to quality education, clinical care, and resources to improve skin health.  Our mission aligns with the overarching goals of World Health Day, advocating for equitable access to essential health services, education, and information. Through collaborative efforts and increased communication within the dermatology community, we can bridge gaps, promote innovation, and ultimately enhance skin health for people everywhere.  Together, let us reaffirm our dedication to improving global health by emphasising the significance of dermatology in the pursuit of 'Skin Health for the World'.
